很多朋友問我為什麼這麼喜歡抹茶？
除了因為我最喜歡的顏色是綠色以外還有什麼原因呢？
最近又有人問我，為什麼這一年來開始寫了這麼多抹茶店的食記？
Well...確實喜歡抹茶的一部份原因是我最喜歡的顏色是綠色，
但是真正的原因依然是我就是很喜歡抹茶的味道，
我就是很喜歡抹茶的苦韻回甘的滋味以及清香的香氣，
那風味是令我著迷的。

然而開始如此喜歡抹茶卻是從著迷於哈根達斯抹茶冰淇淋展開的，
後來漸漸會去一些抹茶店，
品嘗和享用更多的抹茶甜食、冰品和飲品，
至於這一年來較為積極發掘抹茶店並且撰寫抹茶店的食記，
則是要從今年年初開設我個人的美食部落客專屬Instagram帳號講起，
在IG上看到相當多專門po抹茶的美食客，
看到他們打卡的照片和發佈的現實動態都深受吸引，
開始follow他們的腳步到處踩點。
我在IG上打卡時更強烈感受到抹茶是如此受歡迎的，
IG上每張在抹茶店的打卡都常常破百讚甚至300讚以上。
但是話說回來得到這麼多讚不是重點，
真正的重點是自己樂於享受到處去各家抹茶店踩點並品嘗這些店家的抹茶美食的樂趣。
後來我更加入了 "抹茶控，群抹亂舞" 以及 "漂流抹茶海" 這兩個台灣抹茶控的FB社團，
從中也獲得更多國內的抹茶資訊。
在踩點的過程中我也越來越仔細去品味這些抹茶甜食、冰品和飲品，
並且學習更多的抹茶相關知識以及文化背景。
這半年來越吃越濃，
自己也漸漸往重度抹茶控的境界邁進了，XDDD
深刻感受到所謂的 "抹茶上癮" 。www

對我來說，抹茶不只是好吃，
抹茶更是一種品味，
我很喜歡跟認識的抹茶同好們交流，
或者跟認識的日本朋友聊抹茶，
我更想要推廣抹茶，
讓認識的更多朋友甚至歐美朋友知道抹茶的美好。

期盼自己能品嘗更多的抹茶甜食、冰品和飲品，
期盼自己能分享更多抹茶店資訊，
期盼自己的抹茶控之路能持續走下去。

我是抹茶控，我很喜歡抹茶。

Some of my friends asked me why I like matcha (Japanese Green Tea)? Except
the reason that green is my favorite color, any other reasons?
They even asked me why I written so many reviews of matcha shops recently?
Well, it's true that the green color is one of the reason.
But the main reason is I like the bitter-and-sweet taste and pleasant smell of matcha.
The taste is so fascinating!

I started to like the taste of matcha since I really like Haagen Dazs matcha ice cream.
Then I started to explore some matcha patisseries in Taiwan,
And tasted matcha desserts and drinks in these shops.
After I started opening my foodie Instagram account at beginning of this year,
I found lots of foodies like to share pictures and stories of matcha desserts,
And I was so deeply attracted by them,
So I explore them more actively by following their steps.
I also noticed that matcha is so popular on Instagram,
I always got more than 100 likes even over 300 likes when I posted the
picture of matcha desserts on Instagram.
But the most important thing is that I truly enjoy exploring these shops and
tasting their desserts and drinks.
Now I have visited quite many matcha patisseries and learnt a lot about matcha's history and its being a cultural icon.
I am also a member of two facebook group of Taiwanese matcha fans.

The joys I have had in tasting all these desserts are memorable.
I love the rich flavour it holds.
I am almost addicted to it.

In my opinion, having matcha desserts is not only eating something delicious,
It's also a savour.
I like to exchange my experience and review with matcha lovers,
And also like to talk about matcha with my Japanese friends.

I hope to taste more matcha desserts and drinks,
I hope to share more information and my own reviews of matcha stores in Taiwan,
I also hope to let more friends even foreign friends to know how special and tasty the matcha is!!
