我還蠻喜歡聽 "One Direction" 的歌曲的，

儘管說他們是比較年輕世代喜愛的團體，

不過我就是很喜歡他們的歌曲總是帶來熱血和青春活力的氣氛。

今天邁入31歲了，

我期盼自己在做任何事情時，

包括現在的博士研究也好，

平時撰寫食記經營美食部落格也好，

都仍然能保有熱忱和活力。

期盼自己能樂觀的面對人生和享受人生，

不要為了不重要的事鑽牛角尖搞得自己不愉快。

在這裡要分享One Direction的 "History" ，

獻給滿31歲的自己，

以及各親朋好友們。

我們擁有很多彼此相處的回憶並共度的時光，

期盼能與你們持續締造更多的美好，
